How to make a hotel reservation
Online reservation will be available soon on the WCN 2009 website.
Please read the instructions on the website carefully.
Make sure to make your reservation by May 10, 2009. After that date rooms will not be guaranteed. A voucher will be sent as a confirmation for your reservation.

Guarantee/payment of hotel reservation
Each reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card.
The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation but no amount will be charged to it, unless a cancellation of the booking is done (see more details below). The payment of the final total amount due must be paid to the hotel when checking out. The hotel will then issue an invoice of this amount directly upon payment.

Cancellation policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to AIM Group – AIM
Congress.

AIM Group - AIM Congress reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees on the
given credit card:

Cancellation by or before March 15, 2009
A handling fee (EUR 20.00) will be charged.

Cancellation by or before May 15, 2009
1 night accommodation will be charged.

Cancellation after May 15, 2009
100% of the total amount of the entire booking will be charged.

Shuttle buses
Shuttle buses will be organised for those areas not adequately served by public transports.
Besides, there will be shuttle buses from both Lotto Fiera and Amendola Fiera underground stations (on the red line) to the congress venue and viceversa.
