How to send an Abstract?
Access the Abstract submission system online. Please click on "Abstract Submission" on this website.

How to obtain the invitation letter for visa?
Send your request to the President of the Congress, Prof. Francesco Locatelli, at least three months in advance

How to register for a satellite event?
Contact the organizers of the satellite event. Please visit the related web page www.wcn2009.org/satellite.tpl 

How to apply for a travel grant?
You must be 40 years old or younger by December 31, 2009. You must send an abstract to the WCN2009 and fill in the related Travel Grant Form. 

How to book a booth in the WCN2009 exhibition?
Fill in the Exhibition Space Application form (please see here http://www.wcn2009.org/sites/0/IT/industry.tpl for information and form) and send it to the WCN2009 Congress Office. For more information you can contact the Industry Coordinator, Mr. Paolo Zavalloni, e-mail address: zavalloni@era-edta.org

How to register to the congress as press?
Fill in the Media Registration Form (available on the WCN2009 Website starting October 2008) and send it to the WCN2009 Congress Office. In the mean time you can contact the Press Activity Coordinator, Ms. Valentina Cocchi, e-mail address: press@era-edta.org
